There are Seven Key Principles to harnessing your power to create the ultimate golf game you desire.  This past March Tiger Woods stated that the top athletes in the world go well above and beyond the norm to endure physical and mental pain to be the top players in the world.  He added that the ordinary person or athlete would never do this, and that is what separates great athletes from other athletes.

You may not be a great athlete like Tiger Woods, but you can learn and ingrain some of his key principles he (and all top athletes) use as they perform above the norm at the highest of levels.

We allow others to control and shape our lives many times.  What we hear we accept through the media, and other sources greatly effect how we proceed in our golf games.

You must be diligent in your quest to create your reality on the golf course.  Do not be a mere consumer of products and lessons, this is not the true trail of creation. The better way to approach golf is to do your own thinking and decide, and thus will yourself to create the game you desire.

​Merriam-Webster describes Alchemy as "a power or process that changes or transforms something in a mysterious or impressive way".  As a golfer, Alchemy is a conscious journey to understand how your mind leads you to the path or journey you are on.   All golf begins with 'pure potential', from there each golfer has the ability to mold that potential into something wanted or desired.  This is why I tell golfers 'golf is very mental' .  As you can see the mind sets the stage for what you can create in golf.

​Many golfers believe that if they think of the swing and what they want that to do then they will accomplish the goal.  But Alchemy in golf comes from a transformation that can be cyclical or even linear at times but within the confines of Alchemy(transforming something in a mysterious or impressive way) we unravel or unlock the past that has hindered our progress to unlock our true potential and thus become true to our calling and true to ourselves.  If you are a golfer, you know at times you get in your way.  The key now is; "how do it get out of my way"?

Breaking Away

Every golfer has a past and in that past is included many memories and ideas of who you are as a golfer.  Many of these past thoughts come from your ego.  To begin to turn your game around, you have to first find out what actual beliefs you have about yourself and your golf game and break away from them.

Release Control

Immersion into the unconscious mind starts here.  Your conscious mind needs to begin to release its past hold on you which prevents you from moving forward in your golf game today.  ​

Separation

Separating your old beliefs that hold you back is not easy.  Here is where critical mental mindsets are torn down one by one to make room for your new mental outlook, those beliefs accomplished golfers who perform extremely well under pressure already have learned.

Re-connection

Past weak beliefs about yourself whether you stand over a putt and doubt it will go in or do not believe your swing will improve needs to be transformed.  Here we focus on methods to do just that, find a new direction to adhere and believe in.

Re-building

​To rebuild is like fermenting a new wine, it takes time and special commitment to overcome hurdles and past beliefs.  Re-building a correct mental outlook on your physical swing and your mental approach when you play is where the rubber begins to meet the road.

The golfers mind always wants to wander to new swing thoughts to try or if on the course, wonder off to see too many possible outcomes when facing a shot (not always good ones to).
