My Player Development Program includes personal one on one coaching with myself. Daily, weekly and monthly projects are assigned for the player to work at from home, on the range and at the course.

This includes your average scores or handicap, shot and performance metrics (green in regulation, total putts, fairways in regulation, etc) but then moves dramatically to the mental part of your golf game. It starts with the review of the mental perception of the golfer you currently are. It then moves to creating the new mental perception of the golfer you desire to me. You cannot create anything in golf without the vision of it first.
Working from your perceptions of who you are and then molding your mind to the new perception of who you need be, I then assist you to find the present moment on and off the course and from there I will coach you to use precise mental methods to empower you to create better shots due to less cluttered thoughts being in the way.
My Player Development Program is assisted by bi-weekly blogs from myself for you to read and begin to use the items from the blogs in your weekly practice and play at your course. Each month my players are creating a better mental foundation to empower them to play better. As the program moves along each player is uniquely assisted by myself to help their specific needs in their game. Each golfer is different; thus each golfer will have their own unique items to work and improve on with myself.
The program concludes with an optional weekend retreat at the Yocha De He Resort in Central CA this summer (winter retreats are hosted at Indian Wells in Palm Springs) where again special areas of focus are created for each individual. The community of players in the program come together and find the common threads they each face while uniquely observing others around them and what they are working on. This special weekend is really amazing for all the players as they can share thoughts and situations that every golfer faces.
