The Al Owens Certified instructor Program
Al Owens is a highly regarded golf coach known for his expertise in swing mechanics and the application of biomechanics of the golf swing and usage of advance technologies to help golfers of all levels improve.
Al Owens has been coaching golf since he joined the PGA in 1990. His extensive background includes being a Master Instructor for the PGA Tour Academy in Scottsdale, AZ and a Master Instructor for Movement 3 Golf located in Chicago, IL.
His coaching expertise includes being a TPI Level 3 Certified Expert, and a Certified Instructor from the Grey Institute of Biomechanics, Nike NG360. He also was recognized as one of the top instructors for GOLFTEC having received Outstanding Achievement Award from GOLFTEC for 8 years prior to his departing to coach on his own in the Central Valley.
Currently Al is one of only a few California based instructors who are certified with SportsboxAI Motion Measurement (the leading 3D golf instruction company for 2024).
Now in 2025 he is providing golf instructors, high school coaches and teachers of all levels to advance their coaching experience under the guidance of Al Owens.
